Denny has over 24 years of Sales and Acquisitions Experience Negotiating Deals in the Real Estate Industry. He has an Entrepreneurial and has represented 100's and 100's of Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Assisted Living Communities.
Prior to Real Estate, he worked in mental health as a Cognitive Therapist where he developed strategies, plans and protocols to assist adults with closed head injuries. Denny would meet, greet, consult and engage Interdisciplinary Teams of Doctors and Nurses to carry out Data Assessment Plans. He drafted plans for Long Term Care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and met with families to discuss/outline long term care plans for recruitment and retention of residents/patients. We created MyYellowButterfly.com to help families with Assisted Living/Long Term Care decisions regarding their real estate assets. Developed 3 unique Programs to facilitate and guide homeowners and their families throughout the processes of selling real estate.
Nicole has an MSW from Simmons Graduate School of Social Work where she studied Clinical Social Work in 2004. She also has a BA from Boston College where she studied Psychology and Specialized in Women’s Studies in 2001. With her Counseling background and desire to help Families when beginning to decide what to do, where to go and how to do it, she helps guide you in understanding the complexities that are involved in assisted living/senior care decisions. She knows that these can and will be very emotional decisions.
